Rob Sobol

Rob Sobol has a significant work experience in supply chain management. Rob is currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Supply Chain at E.L.F. Beauty since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Supply Chain at JAPONESQUE from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they were the Director of Supply Planning at Del Monte Foods, Inc. from 2012 to 2019. Rob also worked as a Senior Manager of Operations Planning at Del Monte from 2002 to 2012. Rob started their career at Accenture in 1989 as a Senior Manager, specializing in supply chain management for consumer packaged goods companies.

Rob Sobol obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Clarkson University between the years 1985 and 1989.
