Josh Plauny

Josh Plauny currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Supply Chain at VCU Health, a position held since May 2017, and previously held the title of Senior Director of Supply Chain, leading supply chain strategy and operations. Josh's experience at VCU Health also includes a role as Director of Perioperative Surgical Services, where Josh managed significant budgets and complex renovation projects for surgical facilities. Prior to VCU Health, Josh held various leadership positions at Sentara Healthcare, specializing in Orthopaedics and Radiology, and was instrumental in developing strategic plans and managing substantial budgets. Josh's early career included a fellowship analyzing surgical services and a management analyst role focused on operational budgeting and project management. Josh holds an education from Virginia Commonwealth University, completed between 2002 and 2010.
