Scott Milsten

Scott Milsten is a seasoned legal and corporate executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief People Officer at E.L.F. Beauty since January 2014, Milsten has previously held senior positions at Schiff Nutrition International, Celera Corporation, and Gen Probe, where responsibilities included corporate governance and legal oversight. Milsten began a career in corporate law at Latham & Watkins and holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English from Duke University.
