Kevin White has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of water resources and hydraulic engineering. Kevin began their career as a Hydraulic Review Engineer with the Ohio Department of Transportation in 1992 and worked there for over 10 years. Kevin then joined Wilbur Smith Associates in 2001 as the Leader of North Group Drainage Technology, overseeing hydraulic and hydrologic activities across 25 offices. In 2006, they joined E.L. Robinson Engineering as a Water Resources Group Manager and currently serves as the Director of Operations - Columbus.
Kevin White attended Youngstown State University from 1986 until 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering. Kevin later pursued higher education at Ohio University from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering. Furthermore, Kevin White recently completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Civil Engineering at Ohio University in 2020.
In addition to their academic achievements, Kevin White has obtained several certifications and professional affiliations. Kevin is a Certified Erosion, Sediment, and Stormwater Inspector, as well as a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control, both from EnviroCert International, Inc. Kevin holds the status of Emeritus Member in the Standing Committee on Subsurface Soil-Structure Interaction at the Transportation Research Board. Kevin is also a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Kevin is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in multiple states, including West Virginia, North Carolina, Virginia, Indiana, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Kentucky, and Ohio.
