Akam Osmanpour is a Battery Scientist at E-magy since November 2021, specializing in the development of silicon powder structures for next-generation Li-ion battery anodes and investigating degradation mechanisms. Previous experience includes a researcher role at the Technical University of Munich, focusing on lithium-ion solid-state electrolytes and their interaction with metallic lithium electrodes, as well as a M.Sc. thesis project on ionic conduction processes in solid-state electrolytes. Akam also completed a summer internship at Université de Rennes I, analyzing incommensurate molecular modulated crystals. Akam holds multiple Master's degrees in Material Science from institutions including the Technical University of Munich and Université de Rennes I, along with a BSc in Industrial Metallurgical Engineering from Malayer University.
