Ian Bennett

Ian Bennett is a seasoned professional in materials science and engineering with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at E-magy since March 2023, Ian previously held positions including Process Engineer Lead at Lightyear and Senior Materials Scientist at E-magy. Ian's expertise extends to roles such as Senior R&D Engineer at the Netherlands Aerospace Centre and Senior System Specialist in PV Solar at DSM, focusing on the development and optimization of materials for photovoltaic modules. Ian has also conducted significant research at the Energy Research Center of The Netherlands and the Netherlands Institute of Materials Research, contributing to advancements in solar panel efficiency and material adhesion in aerospace applications. Ian holds a PhD and a BSc in Materials Science from the University of Bath.
