Shawn Garvey

Shawn Garvey is the Founding Director of Momentum X Ventures, where Shawn focuses on creating clean technology companies. Shawn is also a Venture Advisor at Impact Venture Capital, specializing in investing in seed-stage technology startups. As the CEO of Momentum since 2005, Shawn has successfully helped deploy advanced energy technologies. Additionally, Shawn serves on the advisory board of LabStart and is the Co-Founder and Chair of the Board at e-Mission Control. Prior to their current roles, Shawn co-founded the Bioenergy Association of California and managed communications at CleanWorld. With a background in finance and a strong dedication to environmental causes, Shawn has made significant contributions to various organizations dedicated to sustainability.
