Tom Maier

Tom Maier has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Tom started their career as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at Hake&Bek Agentur für Kommunikation in 2009, where they developed strategic marketing activities and created presentations for marketing campaigns.

In 2010, Tom worked as a Product Management Intern at SPORT1 GmbH, where they supported cross-media projects and coordinated activities between internal departments and external partners. Tom also had technical responsibilities for creating the daily newsletter.

From 2011 to 2012, Tom worked as a Business Strategy Consultant at Arthurion GmbH, where they successfully identified and recommended structural optimization for new digital e-commerce business models. Tom also implemented holistic concepts in the area of strategic brand development and online marketing.

In 2013, Tom became a Project Manager and Digital Consultant at DRVE, focusing on digital projects in fintech and mobile payment solutions. Tom conducted analysis, conception, and implementation of user experience methods and facilitated requirements workshops to generate new strategic approaches.

From 2016 to 2018, Tom held multiple roles at schalk&friends - agentur für digitale medien, including Senior Manager of Product Management and Product and Sales Manager. Tom launched digital communication products, consulted top management of well-known groups and DAX companies, and analyzed competitive products and market trends.

At ParkHere GmbH from 2018 to 2022, Tom served as the Head of Digital Business Solutions and Corporate Development. Tom focused on SaaS solutions in smart parking, smart building, and e-mobility, consulting decision makers of various companies and developing business cases.

From 2022 to 2023, Tom worked at Capgemini Invent as a Manager - Smart Products & New Business Models. Tom managed digital transformation projects in the automotive and manufacturing industries and provided consultation on strategic topics.

Currently, Tom is working at e-mobilio as a Manager - Business Processes. Tom is responsible for improving and developing business processes, establishing effective standards, and developing strategies with other members of the management board.

In 2008, they enrolled at Hochschule für angewandtes Management and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre.

In 2010, Tom attended Berkeley College for a brief period, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and related support services.

Tom also pursued language studies in Business English at EF Executive Language Institute in 2009 and Rennert International, New York City in 2008.

In 2015, Tom attended EAE Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Master of International Management.

Furthermore, in the same year, they also earned a Master International Business degree from EAE Business School with a focus on Business and Economics.
