David Herold

David Herold is an experienced network engineer with a strong background in IT and technology consulting. Currently serving as Network Engineer II at Locknet Managed IT since July 2010, David specializes in firewall troubleshooting, configuration, deployment, and reporting, as well as producing and conducting penetration testing. As a Technology Consultant at Actual Sound Studios since January 2004, David has expertise in building custom computer systems for professional recording and integrating analog systems into digital formats. Previous roles include Multimedia Specialist/Technical Support at Kaplan Professional Education, where David handled software support and maintained video and sound equipment, and Network Technician at Riverfront Inc., responsible for daily network operations and server maintenance. David holds an Associate of Science degree in Network Specialist from Western Technical College.
