Justin Mauritz

Justin Mauritz is an IT Network Engineer II at the Space Telescope Science Institute since November 2023, handling network operations including interface/switch configurations, firewall policy management, and data center configurations. Previously, Justin worked as an Engineer I at NetCraftsmen from November 2014 to September 2025, focusing on similar network support tasks. Earlier experience includes roles as a server/bartender at Facci Ristorante and Wine Bar, where training new employees and developing customer relationships were key responsibilities, and as an outbound marketer at Power Home Remodeling, utilizing customer service skills to build relationships. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Technology Administration with a minor in Sociology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, completed in 2016.
