Jessica Svantesson

Jessica Svantesson is an accomplished executive currently serving as COO Energy Retail and CEO of E.ON Energilösningar and E.ON Kundsupport at E.ON Sverige since August 2023. Jessica leads critical functions in Product, Pricing, Profitability, Data, Analytics, and Customer Experience, while also driving cross-functional improvements within Energy Retail. Prior to this role, Jessica spent over a decade at Ikano Bank, culminating as Chief Commercial Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of 300 across eight countries, managing various business areas such as Retail and B2B. Jessica has held multiple leadership positions within Ikano Bank, establishing a Global IKEA Business Line and serving on several boards, including Ikano Bank LLC and Ikano Insight. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Växjö University.
