Jonas Bergkvist

Jonas Bergkvist has extensive experience in project coordination and customer support, currently serving as a Gruppchef and Verksamhetsutvecklare at E.ON Sverige since September 2011, where responsibilities include improving customer experience and maintaining cost-effective operations for digital services and channels. Previous roles include TF Teamcoach, Chattbottstränare/Kundrådgivare, and business management support. Jonas has also contributed to Sollefteå Hockey as an Assisterande tränare and has experience in B2B customer advising at Anthill and sales at Vendator AB. Jonas holds educational qualifications from Wenell and Vittra, completing studies from 2005 to 2018.
