Mark van de Sanden holds a strong background in business transformation and operational excellence. Currently, Mark serves as the Head of Operational Excellence - Business Transformation at E.ON Sverige since March 2022. Prior to this role, Mark worked at E.ON from January 2016 to February 2022 as a Senior Manager and as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager. Mark's earlier experience includes positions as a Business Improvement Officer at Essent and a Change Management Consultant at Koning & Hartman. Mark began a career in the field with internships at KPN and Holland Casino. Academically, Mark holds a Master's degree in Organization Studies from Tilburg University, a Pre-Master from the same institution, and a Bachelor's degree in International Real Estate and Facility Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences.
