Matthew Cullen

Matthew Cullen is a Policy Manager at E.ON, leading the company's response to the Government Review of Electricity Market Arrangements since June 2008. Previously, Matthew served as a Senior Strategy Analyst in both Generation Strategy and Residential Retail Strategy at E.ON, contributing strategic insights and engaging in high-level stakeholder management. Matthew also has extensive experience as a Business Analyst in the Business Modelling section of E.ON Engineering from 1999 to 2008. Matthew holds a PhD in Physics from Durham University, earned between 1996 and 1999.
