Pamela Ong serves as a Visiting Scholar at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, focusing on circularity in the solar panel value chain. With extensive experience at E.ON, Pamela holds roles as Innovation & Research Manager and Project Lead in Digital Business Transformation, leading cross-functional teams to implement new technologies. At innogy SE, Pamela works as an Agile Coach and Product Developer, enhancing team dynamics through Agile methodologies. Additionally, as a Startup Coach, Pamela guides businesses in customer insight strategies and risk mitigation. Previous consulting experiences include work with Deutsche Welthungerhilfe and an MBA Strategy Consultant role in Canada. Pamela's diplomatic background includes positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Singapore and the Singapore Embassy in Germany, where responsibilities encompassed international relations and climate change negotiations.
