Mike Kridel

Mike Kridel has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations leadership, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at E-PAK Manufacturing, LLC since September 2019, focusing on strategic planning and process improvements in the scrap and waste industries. Previously, Mike held the position of President at The Genie Company from January 2011 to December 2023, where responsibilities included comprehensive strategic and operational management. Prior experience includes a tenure as Executive Vice President at Wayne-Dalton Corp. and Overhead Door Corp., overseeing manufacturing and supply chain operations across multiple facilities in the US and Europe. Mike's career began at General Electric, where roles spanned from Operations Manager to Manager of Specialty Incandescent Operations, with accountability for large manufacturing teams and significant cost centers. Mike holds an MBA from Xavier University.
