Jorge Raya-Navarro is a seasoned Customer Support Manager with a wealth of experience in the building and construction industry and a current focus on client support services. With over 12 years of experience, he plays a vital role managing the company’s customer support team, developing product messaging and documentation, and serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
Throughout his tenure Jorge has been involved in multiple significant projects for federal, state, and local government agencies, including HCAI (formerly the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development for the State of California), City of San Diego, and City of Omaha. He has also been involved with international projects, such as the Municipality of Clarington, Ontario, in Canada.
Jorge has worked successfully across various roles, with his current focus on providing exceptional support and communication for e-PlanSoft™ customers. His current responsibilities include addressing client support needs via timely communication, analyzing requests and feedback to assess clients’ true underlying needs, and preparing and updating documentation for e-PlanSoft products and services.
Mr. Raya-Navarro is a Southern California native who holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. He speaks Spanish, English, and French and has lived abroad in both Mexico and France as well as traveled throughout Europe. His educational background helped establish a strong foundation for understanding the construction industry and his international experiences have allowed him to hone extensive interpersonal and communication skills that are indispensable in his Customer Support Manager role.
