Meet Matt Cohagan: Elevating Proposals with Clarity and Strategy
If you’ve noticed our proposals are looking sharper, more polished, and consistently aligned with our voice and value—there’s a good reason. Meet Matt Cohagan, our Manager of Business Development at e-PlanSoft.
Matt brings over two decades of experience in proposal strategy and content development, with roots going back to his early days at Deloitte Consulting in 2001. Since then, he’s built a career out of translating complex ideas into clear, compelling responses—helping teams put their best foot forward in competitive procurement environments.
Now at e-PlanSoft, Matt leads the charge on RFPs, RFIs, and all things proposals, collaborating across teams to ensure each submission is strategic, persuasive, and on point.
Matt holds a master’s degree in Philosophy and a background in Psychology from UC Davis, which gives him a unique perspective on how to structure messaging that resonates with evaluators (and keeps the team sane in the process).
Outside of proposal work, he’s passionate about language, reading, and music.
