Kathleen Rowley

Kathleen Rowley has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kathleen began their career at The Dow Chemical Company as a Senior Tax Analyst. Following this, they worked at Sheinfeld, Maley & Kay, P.C. as a Participating Associate for nearly a decade. Kathleen then joined SFX Entertainment, Inc. as a Senior Tax Counsel, and later moved to Clear Channel Entertainment as a Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Kathleen then joined Hotels.com as an Assistant General Counsel before transitioning to e-Rewards, Inc. and later Research Now Group, Inc. Here, they held various positions, including Vice President, Corporate Counsel, Senior Vice President, Legal & Tax, and eventually became the General Counsel & Chief Human Resources Officer. Kathleen has a strong background in legal and human resources roles, with extensive experience in corporate counsel, tax, and general counsel positions.

Kathleen Rowley pursued their undergraduate education at Arizona State University from 1978 to 1979. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Accounting. Following their undergraduate studies, Kathleen went on to study at the University of Houston Law Center from 1986 to 1989. It was there that they earned their Juris Doctorate, although the specific field of study during their law degree is unspecified.
