Mel Williams

Mel Williams has extensive experience in the civil engineering and construction industry, particularly in bridge estimation and project management. Williams has served as Bridge Division Estimator/Project Manager at E.S. Wagner Company since 2012, following a similar role at Miller Bros. Const., Inc. from 1997 to 2012. Prior positions include Bridge Division Manager and Bridge Division Estimator/Project Manager at S E Johnson Cos, and Civil Engineering Project Leader at AVCA Corp Consulting Engineers. Williams began the professional journey as Survey Crew Chief/Civil Engineering Tech at The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. Additionally, Mel Williams holds a Professional Surveyor degree from the State of Ohio and an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Toledo.
