Heather Clark

Heather Clark currently serves as the Head of City Economy and External Funding at the City of Wolverhampton Council, a position held since August 2012. In this role, responsibilities include managing external funding and overseeing digital projects, which encompass digital infrastructure, inclusion and innovation, as well as enhancing the visitor experience through arts, culture, and events. Prior to this, Heather held several key positions, including Manager of Strategic Projects and Funding and Head of External Funding and Digital Projects at A4e from May 2011 to May 2012, and Senior Business Development Manager at Manchester City Council from April 2005 to May 2011, where the roles included Acting Head of the Economic Development Unit and Principal Economic Regeneration Officer. Educational achievements include a PG Diploma in Urban Regeneration from Sheffield Hallam University, a MA in Economics of International Trade and European Integration, and a BA (Hons) in European Economics, both from the University of Staffordshire.
