Dale Pennington

Dale Pennington has extensive experience in leadership and business development within the consulting and energy sectors. Currently serving as Business Development Manager and previously as Business Development Executive at E Source since October 2020, Dale also holds the positions of Managing Director and President/CEO at Utiliworks Consulting, LLC, where responsibilities include overall management and program design for smart grid and AMI projects since 2005. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Consultant at Develop Valus and as Executive Vice President at IHS, overseeing worldwide sales, marketing, and customer support from 1990 to 1998. Dale holds a Master's degree in Physics and Geology from Adelphi University.
