Abhishek Swaminathan Vijaya Kumar

Abhishek Swaminathan Vijaya Kumar is a DSP Engineer specializing in 5G PHY at E-Space since January 2023, where responsibilities include developing L1 embedded C code for NXP-based payload boards and generating test vectors using Keysight PathWave Signal Generator. Previously, as a 3GPP RAN 1 Research Assistant at Fraunhofer IIS from January 2021 to January 2022, Abhishek conducted literature reviews on 5G NR L1/L2 and simulated various channel scenarios using a MATLAB-based Link-Level-Simulator to analyze post-equalization SINR and BLER. Abhishek holds a Master of Science in Communication and Signal Processing from Technical University Ilmenau (2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vel Tech Multi Tech Dr. Rangarajan Dr. Sakunthala Engineering College (2016).
