Lucas Hefler

Lucas Hefler is an experienced engineer specializing in automation and project management. Currently serving as an Automation Engineer II at E Tech Group since May 2021, Lucas is responsible for installing and validating automation code, executing validation protocols, and designing comprehensive automated solutions while collaborating with customers. Previously, as a Project Engineer at BASIX AUTOMATION INTEGRATORS INC., Lucas managed multiple projects and crews, developed wiring schematics, and designed HVAC control systems. Lucas has military experience as a 91D Generator Mechanic in the United States Army National Guard, where leadership was demonstrated through the oversight of generators in deployment. Lucas's career began with an internship as an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator at Irving Oil, providing valuable experience in safety data management and collaboration with engineers. Lucas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
