Currently serving as a Senior People Partner at hoomph since March 2021, Javier has previously held positions at Hachette Book Group, Abingdon and Witney College, University of Oxford, Monitor, UK National Audit Office, Debenhams, Thistle Hotels, and others. Javier's expertise includes managing complex HR cases, implementing policies, improving processes, and supporting managers and employees in various aspects of performance management and occupational health. Javier holds a CIPD Graduate degree from BPP Malpas/MOL and a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea.

Based in Oxfordshire, we have over a combined 50 years HR experience between us across a number of different industries and sectors, with specific experience in providing HR for start-up and SME businesses. Our passion is people and working alongside businesses to help them stay agile and grow with strong HR foundations. Our aim through our advice is to deal with potential HR issues swiftly, put in place practical HR initiatives and processes to let you get on with the business of growing your company. We don’t run our company to build dependency on a consultancy but to help businesses grow and become self sufficient with their HR needs, to us it’s that simple.
