Esther Namubiru

Esther Namubiru is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at Wasoko since February 2020, Esther is responsible for interviewing and onboarding new employees in Uganda, managing employee records, talent management, exit management, performance management, and overseeing employee benefits and welfare. Prior roles include Human Resources Officer at NORVIK PHARMACIES LIMITED, focused on recruitment, performance monitoring, and HR administration, and at SolarNow BV, where responsibilities encompassed full recruitment functions, performance management, and HR policy formulation. Esther began a career in human resources at PILA CONSULTING LIMITED, where technical proposals and salary benchmarking surveys were key tasks. Esther holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Makerere University.
