Jessica Santos is a skilled professional in human resources with a focus on people partnership and advisory roles. Currently serving as a People Partner at hoomph since November 2022, Jessica previously held positions at ONI, where responsibilities included People Advisor and HR Coordinator. Prior HR experience includes serving as HR Administrator at Nielsen and various roles at The Fertility Partnership, including Patient Services Coordinator and Administration Officer. Jessica holds a Level 5 Diploma in HR Management and a Level 3 Certificate in Human Resource Practice from CIPD, complemented by earlier education at St Gregory the Great in Oxford.

Based in Oxfordshire, we have over a combined 50 years HR experience between us across a number of different industries and sectors, with specific experience in providing HR for start-up and SME businesses. Our passion is people and working alongside businesses to help them stay agile and grow with strong HR foundations. Our aim through our advice is to deal with potential HR issues swiftly, put in place practical HR initiatives and processes to let you get on with the business of growing your company. We don’t run our company to build dependency on a consultancy but to help businesses grow and become self sufficient with their HR needs, to us it’s that simple.
