Csm® Aditya Kaole

Aditya Kaole has extensive work experience in the field of data engineering, analytics, and delivery. Aditya started their career at Conjoin Soft System Pvt. Ltd as a Software Engineer in 2005 and worked until 2007. Aditya then moved to Poseidon Design System Pvt. Ltd as a Member Technical Staff from 2007 to 2011. After that, they joined Mango Technologies as a Module Lead from 2011 to 2012. Aditya later joined e-Zest Solutions, where they held various roles including Mobility Architect from 2012 to 2015, Technical Project Manager from 2015 to 2018, Delivery Unit Head from 2018 to 2023, and currently serves as the Assistant Vice President, responsible for data engineering, analytics, and delivery.

Aditya Kaole, CSM®, has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from Nagpur University, which they completed from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended St. Paul's English School from 1995 to 1999 and obtained their SSC degree. In addition to their formal education, Aditya has obtained the Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance in January 2014.
