Guillaume Lavernhe

Guillaume Lavernhe is a seasoned professional in telecommunications, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager Consultant for Mobility, Messaging, and Voice Services at e& since April 2024. Previously, Guillaume held various roles at BICS from December 2014 to March 2024, including Senior Product Manager for Fraud Prevention and Security, and Mobile IP Product Manager. Prior experience includes a Product Manager position at Orange from June 2010 to November 2014, and a Customer Service Director role at Orange Business Services from January 2004 to May 2010. Academically, Guillaume holds an Advanced Master in Service & Customer Relationship Management from NEOMA Business School and a University Degree in Technology, Telecoms & Networks engineering from University Toulouse II (Blagnac).
