Rodha Alradhwan Alharthi

Rodha AlRadhwan AlHarthi currently serves as Vice President of Learning & Development and Vice President of Human Resources Business Partners at e& since March 2022. Additionally, Rodha holds the position of Chairperson of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) at STARZPLAY and is a member of the NRC at E-marine PJSC, both roles commenced in March 2023 and October 2022, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Virgin Mobile UAE from February 2020 to February 2022 and as HR Business Partner and Training Specialist at du between September 2014 and February 2020. Rodha began a career in human resources as a part-time Human Resources Assistant at Al Ansari Exchange in 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Higher Colleges of Technology, obtained between 2010 and 2014, and a High School Diploma from AlMawakeb School, completed in 2010.
