Zubair J. is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and digital transformation sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at e& since September 2020, Zubair oversees various business and consumer projects, including the role of Scrum Master for the Smiles Loyalty Program. Prior to this, Zubair was a Product Owner at STARZPLAY, managing the Telco & eCommerce OTT SVOD segment, and held managerial positions at Etisalat, focusing on product development and marketing for consumer projects. Zubair began a career in software quality assurance and business analysis, gaining comprehensive skills in project management, product lifecycle management, and strategic governance. Zubair holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Sir Syed University, obtained in 2007.
