Mathew Paattam

Mathew Paattam is a seasoned professional in project and program management with extensive experience across various sectors, currently serving as Principal & Managing Partner for APAC at E1 Consulting since September 2022. At E1 Consulting, Mathew drives strategic program sponsorship, talent development, and client relationship management. Previously, Mathew held the role of Senior Project Manager for Workday Implementation at NAB and served in several positions at RMIT University, including Senior Platform Delivery Manager for Workday and Program Manager for the ERP Transformation Program. Mathew's earlier roles encompass project management responsibilities at Link Group and Superpartners, where key projects involved data center modernization and ERP migrations. Mathew holds a Master of Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology.
