Bert Vandereydt

Bert Vandereydt currently serves as a VC fellow at E14 Fund since September 2023. Previously, Bert gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at AgZen and completed an ADvantage Internship at Bain & Company, delivering client-ready analysis for a significant aerospace project. Bert's earlier roles include an internship in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at The University of Western Australia, focusing on data analysis and model verification related to geothermal energy, and an internship at ETH Zurich's Laboratory of Nuclear Energy Systems, where design and research were conducted on annular flows. Additionally, Bert contributed as a part-time team member for Forze Hydrogen Electric Racing. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering from ETH Zurich, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
