Erikka Asem

Erikka Asem serves as the Sr. Director of Strategy & Analytics at E15 Group, overseeing a team of six and responsible for consulting engagements that aim to grow sales and reduce costs. Asem has a strong background in business insights, having utilized various data platforms to understand consumer behavior and optimize processes. Previous roles include Regional Finance Manager at Levy Restaurants, where management of financial statements and oversight of operations took place, and Senior Financial Analyst positions at Trustwave and HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, focusing on budget assistance and process improvements. A sem has also held positions in finance at the YWCA of San Diego County and multiple leadership roles within the SDSU Finance & Investment Society. Asem earned an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University.
