Othman Zahid

Othman Zahid is an experienced RF System Test Engineer currently working at Telespazio since March 2024. Prior to this role, Othman held positions as an Integration & Test Engineer at OneWeb and as a Systems Test Engineer and RF-Antenna Test Engineer at e2E between March 2022 and May 2024. Othman also worked as an Antenna System Test Engineer on a consultancy basis at Hanwha Phasor in 2022 and as an Early Stage Researcher at Gapwaves AB in 2021. The academic background includes a PhD in Engineering focused on mmWave Radio Propagation and Rain Effect from Durham University, where Othman conducted significant research on rain attenuation measurement for 5G applications. Additional experience includes roles at Orange Labs Networks and Veolia as an Assistant Engineer and Assistant System Engineer, respectively.
