Divya Thiyagarajan has a diverse work experience in various industries, starting as a Network Engineer Receptionist at Sutherland Global Services Ltd in 2006. Divya then worked as a Receptionist at Sign Solutions, Consul Consolidated Private Limited, and Ashok Leyland, respectively. In 2015, they transitioned to a Human Resources Executive role at Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions Private Limited, and later worked as a Deputy Manager at Par Pharmaceutical, where they drafted several HR-related policies and finalized a comprehensive Employee Handbook. Divya then worked as a Senior Manager at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, where they set objectives for the HR team, developed compensation plans, organized learning programs, and maintained HR procedures that comply with labor regulations. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at e2f, inc.
