Jennifer Harlan

Jennifer Harlan is the Senior Vice President of Global Training & Development at E2open, overseeing the global Training & Development organization, which includes learning & development, product training, and learning systems teams since February 2020. Prior to E2open, Jennifer served in various leadership roles at Column5 Consulting from 2009 to 2019, culminating as Vice President of Professional Services, where management of over 100 personnel and project delivery was key. Jennifer also held positions including Director of Global Training Solutions at Column5 Consulting, Learning Architect at SAP, and Director of Custom Training at OutlookSoft. Earlier career experiences include Senior Consultant roles at Aprimo and Senior Training Consultant at Hyperion Solutions Corporation. Educational credentials include a BA in Government from Cornell University, a Junior Year Abroad at the University of Tübingen, and multiple leadership programs from Cornell University.
