Erica Knight

Erica Knight has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Training Coordinator for E3 Co. Restaurant Group since May 2017, following a series of promotions from roles including Chart Host and Dining Room Manager. Previous positions include Catering Manager at Restaurants Unlimited Inc. from May 2018 to October 2019, and Dining Room Host at Serafina Italian Restaurant from March 2016 to June 2018, where Erica also held weekly opening supervisor responsibilities. Additionally, Erica spent over a decade at Birk's Restaurant, starting as a host in 2005 and advancing to Private Dining Coordinator, focusing on customer service. Erica's early career includes office management at the International University of Nursing in St. Kitts and a hostess role at Left Bank. Erica is a graduate of Silver Creek High School, holding a Diploma of Completion in General Studies.
