Timothy J. Turner, JD, PMP, CISSP, CBCP, PCP, currently serves as the Director of Operations at E3 Government Consulting, LLC, where responsibilities include providing management consulting and information technology services to government and commercial clients. With extensive experience in business development and operations, Turner has held senior leadership roles at companies such as Knowesis Inc. as Principal, Vysnova Partners, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer, and Spartan Business + Technology as Senior Vice President. Significant achievements include securing over $6 billion in contracts during tenure at IMS Health and KPMG LLP. Turner holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Pre-Law from the University of Central Florida.
