Chris Doornbos P.Geo, ICD.D

Chris Doornbos P.Geo, ICD.D has held various roles in the mining and energy sectors since 2006. Chris began their career as an Exploration Geologist for Fox Resources in 2006, before moving to Petro Canada as a Development Geologist the same year. In 2009, they joined Suncor Energy as a Senior Development Geologist, and then moved to Meridian Minerals in 2011 as a Senior Project Geologist. In 2012, they took the role of Manager - Viscaria Project at Avalon Minerals, where they were responsible for the discovery at the Tjarro Prospect and leading the Avalon Exploration team to more than doubling the D Zone Resource. In 2014, they joined MinQuest Limited as Vice President Exploration. In 2018, they became a Founding Board Member of BMAC - Battery Metals Association of Canada. In 2021, they were appointed Chair - Canada Mirror Committee for ISO - TCC 333 Lithium Standards. Finally, in 2023, they took a Board Member role at Brauerei Fahr. Currently, Chris Doornbos P.Geo, ICD.D is the President, CEO and Director of E3 Lithium.

Chris Doornbos P.Geo, ICD.D completed the ICD Directors Education Program - DEP 34 at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in 2021-2022. Chris also obtained a BSc (Hons) in Geology from the University of Alberta between 2001-2005.
