Don Waybright

Don Waybright currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Partnership at e3 Partners / I Am Second, a position held since July 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing a church planting movement and fostering a ministry culture aligned with biblical principles. Previously, Don held the role of Vice President of Global Strategy at Reach the Rest from June 2021 to July 2023, focusing on expanding the Kingdom of God in under-reached communities. Don's earlier experiences include serving as Pastor of Missions at Sugar Creek Baptist Church from May 2005 to June 2021 and FBC Broken Arrow, OK, from September 2001 to April 2005. Don holds a Master's degree in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from John Brown University.
