Mihnea Cătuți

Mihnea Catuti currently serves as Head of Research at Energy Policy Group since November 2018, contributing expertise as a Senior Researcher and Affiliated Expert. Mihnea Catuti is also a Senior Associate at E3G since May 2021. Prior experience includes an Associate Researcher position at CEPS from September 2018 to December 2021, where focus on hydrogen research and EU industrial decarbonisation was emphasized. Additional roles include a Visiting Researcher and Associate Lecturer in Public Policy at the University of York, alongside earlier positions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Energy and Climate Policy and two Master's degrees in European Public Policy from the University of York and Central European University, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Science in Politics and Sociology from the University of Bristol.
