Ross's earlier career includes roles as a Disability Specialist at Lifetime Financial Growth, Regional Director at The Standard, Senior Disability Underwriter at Principal Financial Group, and Underwriter at Business Mens Assurance. Ross earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Northern Iowa, completing studies in 1993.
