JoAnna Gibson is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as HR Manager at E4E Relief since June 2021, JoAnna has previously held positions including Field Services Human Resources Manager at Impact Workforce Solutions, HR Generalist at Service Pros Installation Group, and HR Coordinator at Otto Environmental Systems North America, Inc. JoAnna's expertise includes project management, process improvement, compliance with multi-state and federal employment laws, and managing critical HR functions such as performance evaluations, I9 compliance, and WOTC programs. JoAnna holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Belmont Abbey College, obtained between 2016 and 2020.
