Steven Stack

Steven Stack is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Principal in the Capital Formation Group at H.I.G. Capital since August 2025. Previously, Stack held the position of Vice President and Client Advisor at Neuberger Berman from June 2018 to August 2025, and served as a Sales Consultant at Guggenheim Partners between June 2013 and June 2018. Stack's earlier experience includes roles as a Financial Advisor in Corporate Cash Management at UBS from August 2002 to May 2013, and as an Associate in Institutional Equity Sales at Bank of America from January 2000 to January 2002. Stack obtained an MBA in Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a BA/BS in Physiology and General Business Administration from Michigan State University.
