Jennifer Thomas has a diverse work experience in the healthcare consulting and professional services industry. Jennifer started their career as a Sales and Marketing Associate at Vitalize Consulting Solutions, where they assisted the sales team and managed communication with media outlets. Jennifer then became an Account Development Executive, where they initiated communication with prospects and trained the sales team. Later, they served as a Regional Account Manager, handling client management and collaborating with delivery teams.
In 2008, Jennifer joined e4 as a Consultant before eventually becoming the Director of Culture and Employee Advocacy. At e4, they were responsible for maximizing outcomes and efficiencies through program and change management. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Talent at e4.
Jennifer (Verdiani) Thomas attended the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2003 to 2008. Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Economics/Communications.
