Edmond Delude

Edmond Delude is currently the CEO of E7 Solutions, a company they founded in 2009. Prior to that, they worked at Chrysler from December 2004 to November 2009, where they served as Software Release Manager. In this role, they provided technical leadership for the development, validation, and deployment of advanced software applications across numerous disciplines. Edmond also integrated and developed processes for automotive E/E Engineering, Manufacturing Repair Bay, and Service organizations by identifying and implementing various software applications and data sharing initiatives.

Delude has a long history of experience in software development, management, and coordination. Edmond has used both formal and agile methodologies to establish short, mid, and long-term project and program plans. Edmond is skilled in tracking and analyzing teams’ metrics to ensure that goals, objectives, and expectations are met within budget, project, and program constraints. Additionally, they have developed inter- and intra-departmental processes by utilizing and managing the deployment of issue management applications to improve communication and coordination.

Through their work at Chrysler and E7 Solutions, Delude has gained a reputation as an effective leader and manager with a deep understanding of software development processes. Edmond's experience with agile methodologies has been particularly instrumental in their success in coordinating software development, deployment, integration, and validation processes. Edmond Delude has a MSSE from Oakland University and a BSEE from Western Michigan University. Edmond is currently working as a systems engineer.
