James Fair, MBA

James Fair, MBA has worked in various roles since 1993. James began their career as a Salesperson for Indicom Buildings in 1993. In 2003, they moved to Williams Scotsman as an Area and Branch Manager. In 2016, they joined Element8 as their Chief Operating Officer, where they are responsible for providing high-speed internet and smart home services.

James Fair earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business between 2000 and 2003. James then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business between 2014 and 2015.
