Madeleine Moyano

Madeleine Moyano is an accomplished Policy Associate at E9 Insight since January 2023, previously serving as a Policy Analyst at Urbint and as a Public Policy Intern. Experience includes effective contributions at Oregon State University, where Madeleine coordinated policy initiatives within the OSU Sustainability Office, developed outreach for a potential power purchasing agreement, and implemented a comprehensive carbon offset program. Madeleine has expertise in state legislation tracking related to greenhouse gas emissions and has collaborated with various stakeholders to promote sustainability goals. Additional roles include an internship at the US Environmental Protection Agency, where communication materials were developed for the Southern Willamette Valley Groundwater Management Area, and undergraduate research focused on sustainable building insulation materials. Madeleine holds a Bachelor of Science degree with double majors in Environmental Sciences and Public Policy from Oregon State University and has also studied abroad at Universidad de Sevilla.
