Matthew Bowman, PE, CCM has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Matthew started their career in the US Army, where they served as an Army Officer with responsibilities such as training, operation, safety, welfare, and administration. Matthew later worked at General Motors as a Production Supervisor before transitioning to the environmental remediation field at ARCADIS. At ARCADIS, Matthew held the position of Construction Principal and Resource Manager, overseeing projects and managing environmental staff in six states. In 2014, they joined EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC, where they initially served as a Lead Construction Quality Engineer and later became the Chief of Construction Management and Deputy Director of Quality Control. Matthew's experience includes project management, construction management, field engineering services, and environmental remediation, with expertise in various areas such as sediment removal, marine construction, soil remediation, and more.

Matthew Bowman, PE, CCM obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their degree, they have also earned certifications as a Certified Construction Manager from the Construction Management Association of America and as a Professional Engineer from the State of Indiana.
